If the candidate you choose decides to leave the job within 60 days of joining, DOST will provide you with one equally competent replacement free of cost.

While you will choose the top 5 CVs from the 10-15 redacted CVs shared by our team, if you do not like the 5 candidates shortlisted for interview, our team will send up to five additional candidates in the following days for you to choose from. Please note that after a second round of interviews has been arranged, DOST will not be responsible for arranging a third round. In case the candidates don’t show up, only then will DOST arrange another round of interviews.
