About the Role

This a great opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced individuals both to work with a USA based call center. The applicants are required to have strong verbal communication in English and the ability to work during a night-shift (6PM - 3AM).

This is an on-site role.

Role Requirements:

- Ability to work in US time zones.

- Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus

- Should be flexible for shifts

Responsibilities:

- Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email

- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Soft Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English

- Ability to take initiative

- Strong work ethic

- Customer Service Skills

- Multitasking
