About the Role

This a great opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced individuals both to work with a USA based call center. The applicants are required to have strong verbal communication in English and the ability to work during a night-shift (6PM - 3AM).

This is an on-site role.

Role Requirements:

- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms

- 1-2 year of sales and client facing experience

- Resourceful and adaptable in meeting each client’s particular needs

Responsibilities:

- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits

- Demonstrating and presenting products

- Establishing new business

- Maintaining accurate records

- Reviewing sales performance

- Negotiating contracts and packages

- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs

- Help clients grow their business on Alibaba.com

- Work within a highly-challenging environment to meet specific KPIs

- Apply your skills of Conflict Resolution, Interpersonal Communication and Client-Dealing.

- Work as part of a team to delegate tasks among the respective departments
