About the Role

Dir-Action is looking to hire a team of Sales Specialist

This is an on-site role.

Role Requirements:

- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

- Prioritization, time management and organizational skills.

- Should be target-oriented, hard-working and punctual.

- Closing sales deals.

- Manage & execute high-level responsibilities in sales management such as supervising and training new sales representatives, setting sales goals & tracking results.

- Must be willing to drive and implement Sales Strategy set by the Management

- Must be punctual, hard-working & self-motivated with abilities to manage assigned tasks on time.

- Must have a command on creating reports in Word and Excel.

- Desire to learn, develop, and achieve the highest standards.

- Must not be enrolled in any educational program or involved in any full/part-time job.

Engagement & Experience:

- Willing to work for a minimum of 12 months and enter into a one-year contract.

- Applicants should preferably have an experience in sales of 1 year.
